PORT-AU-PRINCE, HAITI -- Disabled children abandoned are the responsiblity of the state. Some orphaned children are cared for at the Abandoned Childrens Clinic at the General Hospital in Port-au-Prince. The unit is ran by the Foundation for Worldwide Mercy and Sharing founded by Susie Krabacher, a former Miss May 1983 Playboy centerfold. The charity is dedicated to aiding the poor and disabled children of Haiti.
