San Francisco, CA--The 90th annual running of Examiner Bay to Breakers with more than 70,000 runners, walkers and just about everything else San Francisco has to offer ran in the world's largest footrace on Sunday, May 20, 2001. Starting in San Francisco's Financial District on the bay side of the city, particpants crossed town 7.46 miles ending at the Pacific Ocean in Golden Gate Park. Runners some dressed and some not made there way through Golden Gate Park nearing the finish line.
